Structure and composition:

It is composed of main frame system, hydraulic system and auxiliary components.

Main frame system: thick steel plate and gas shielded welding casts a strong frame. Advanced mechanical design makes the equipment durable.

Hydraulic system: Imported parts are used for key components such as hydraulic pumps, solenoid valves and hydraulic cylinder oil seals, which make the packaging pressure high, fast, durable and low noise.

Electronic control system (optional): original domestic electrical control, travel switch, button, guarantee quality.

Features:

① All models are hydraulically driven, and manual or PLC automatic control operation can be selected;

② There are different ways of discharging, such as turning over, pushing (side pushing and forward pushing), or manually picking up (packing);

③ No foot screws are required for installation, and diesel engines can be used as power in places without power;

④ There are ten grades of extrusion force from 63 tons to 400 tons for users to choose, and the production efficiency ranges from 4 tons/shift to 40 tons/shift.

⑤ The size of the compression chamber and the size of the block can be customized according to customer requirements.
